The announcement came after a transition period of 1 year, which allowed companies to undertake respective change management to comply to the new requirements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7279 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/05\/stock-image-42583593-s-2015.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Among others, the list of new product categories that require CCC includes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Electric motors<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Pumps<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Switches, control and starter products<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Actuators and solenoid valves<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Surveillance and communication products (e.g. cameras or loudspeakers)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Cable glands, junction boxes, connectors<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Refrigeration and air conditioning units, dehumidifiers<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Sensors (e.g. temperature sensor, speed sensor, position sensor)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Safety barriers<\/p>\n<p>Some of the products need regular <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\">CCC certification<\/a><\/strong> in addition to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/certification-for-ex-products\/\">CCC ex certification<\/a><\/strong>, f.e. electrical motors.<\/p>\n<p>Each accredited Chinese authority releases their own implementation rules, which describe the process of testing, auditing, classification, etc.<\/p>\n<p>These rules tend to differ from another, but all are fundamentally defined by the regulations given out by the CNCA.
