However, it is important to note that the manufacturer is responsible to notify the certifying authority of any relevant <strong>changes<\/strong> in order to maintain the CCC certification in compliance with the Chinese regulations.<br \/>\nA well-organized <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/mandatory-change-management-for-ccc-certificate-holders\">Change Management system<\/a> must be implemented by the manufacturer. A person responsible for the quality management is required to announce any planned relevant changes by submitting the necessary <strong>applications<\/strong> and to implement changes <strong>only after approval by the Chinese authorities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Implementation Rules require that the certifying authority be notified of any of the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product design changes<\/li>\n<li>Product structure changes<\/li>\n<li>\u201cKey component\u201d changes<\/li>\n<li>Raw materials changes<\/li>\n<li>Suppliers changes<\/li>\n<li>Changes in facility management structure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is important that the certificate holder communicates any changes in the early stage with the Chinese certification Authorities and does not announce it after implementation, or until the follow up audit. Failure to follow these regulations can lead to <strong>non-conformities<\/strong> in the audit and may result in a <strong>cancellation of the CCC certificate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It is also necessary to perform the <strong>annual factory inspections<\/strong> and <strong>product testing<\/strong>, which have to be done in accordance with the current Implementing Rules and <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/gb-standards\">GB Standards<\/a><br \/>\n(GB stands for \u201cGuobiao\u201d, Chinese for \u201cNational Standard\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are unsure whether you have made notifiable changes on your products without informing the authorities or if you plan to implement changes and you don\u2019t know whether you need to file a change application, contact us and we will consult with the relevant Chinese institution(s) and get back with you regarding what you will need to do.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please call or <a href=\"mailto:info@china-certification.com\">email<\/a> us anytime.
