These new provisions will come into effect from the date of issue. The competent notified certification bodies are required to formulate their own implementing rules that comply with the revised requirements as well as the general certification provisions and to submit them to the CNCA for approval before issuing new certificates. Electric bikes usually require <a href=\"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\"><strong>CCC certification<\/strong><\/a> to be approved for import and sale in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"427\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/E-Bike-2.2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24277\" style=\"width:300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/E-Bike-2.2-1.jpg 427w, https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/E-Bike-2.2-1-296x300.jpg 296w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 427px) 100vw, 427px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certificates issued on the basis of the previous regulations will continue to be valid. The changeover to the new certification requirements takes place automatically as part of regular measures such as standard updates, product changes or regular renewals.
