On April 10, 2024, the CNCA<\/a><\/strong> issued announcement No. 09\/2024, detailing substantial modifications in the CCC certification<\/a><\/strong> requirements. The revisions include expanding the range of products that require CCC certification to encompass additional product categories that were not previously covered. Relevant implementation rules were also revised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CCC (China Compulsory Certificate) is a compulsory certification in China, designed to ensure that specific product types comply with the national safety and quality standards before they are allowed to be sold or imported into China. The certification process involves product testing within China and annual audits of factories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
