The revised regulations came into force at the day of their announcement on September 14, 2023. At the same time, the old &#8220;Implementation Rules of Mandatory Product Certification for Electric Bicycles&#8221; (CNCA-C11-16:2021) will be repealed. Many products and components from the e-bike sector require <a href=\"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\/\"><strong>CCC certification<\/strong><\/a> in order to be approved for import and distribution in China. For relevant batteries, additional <a href=\"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/battery-registration\/\"><strong>battery system registrations<\/strong><\/a> are required in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"585\" src=\"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/E-Bike-2.2-1024x585.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21798\" style=\"width:500px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/E-Bike-2.2-1024x585.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/E-Bike-2.2-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/E-Bike-2.2-768x439.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/E-Bike-2.2-1536x878.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/E-Bike-2.2.jpg 1792w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the new version of these regulations and implementation rules, certification bodies must in turn formulate specific implementing regulations for mandatory product certification and file them with the CNCA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the date of this notice, certification bodies have been required to carry out certification in accordance with the new version of the regulations.
