{"id":1937,"date":"2016-05-11T17:05:54","date_gmt":"2016-05-11T17:05:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/?page_id=658"},"modified":"2023-02-09T11:44:56","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T10:44:56","slug":"cqc-new-gb-standards-for-the-voluntary-cqc-mark-certification-of-tyre-valves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/cqc-new-gb-standards-for-the-voluntary-cqc-mark-certification-of-tyre-valves\/","title":{"rendered":"CQC: New GB Standards for the Voluntary CQC Mark Certification of Tyre Valves"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Starting January 1, 2017 three new <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/gb-standards\"><strong>GB Standards<\/strong><\/a> for the <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/cqc-mark-certification\"><strong>Voluntary CQC Mark Certification<\/strong><\/a> of tyre valves will be implemented:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cGB\/T 1796.1-2016 Tyre valves \u2013 Part 1: Clamp in valves\u201c, e.g. for motorcycles (replaces GB 1796.1-2008)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cGB\/T 1796.2-2016 Tyre valves \u2013 Part 2: Rubber base valves\u201c, e.g. for industrial vehicles and farming machines (replaces GB 1796.2-2008)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cGB\/T 1796.5-2016 Tyre valves \u2013 Part 5: Large core cavity valves\u201d, e.g. for heavy dump trucks, loaders, excavators, scrapers, rollers and graders and other large construction machinery with pneumatic tire valves (replaces GB\/T 1796.5-2009).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The CQC Mark demonstrates the conformity of the product with the Chinese standards in regards to quality, safety, environmental and energy efficiencies.<\/p>\n<p>The CQC Mark Certification <strong>improves the perceived product quality within the Chinese market<\/strong>, giving a <strong>competitive advantage<\/strong> over products that are not CQC certified, thus <strong>facilitating the access of foreign products<\/strong>. National quality certifications like the CQC certification are perceived in China to be better in comparison to the UL, CE or ECE markings. For many product groups the <strong>CQC Mark Certification has set the standard<\/strong> by which product selections are made by the Chinese consumers. Another advantage is that products marked with the <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/cqc-mark-certification\"><strong>Voluntary CQC Mark Certification<\/strong><\/a> have a greatly reduced risk of being detained by Chinese customs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2670\" src=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/20141223140955653.jpg\" alt=\"20141223140955653\" width=\"304\" height=\"226\" \/><br \/>\nThe CQC regularly publishes new announcements about products that require <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\"><strong>CCC certification<\/strong><\/a> as well as products that can be certified with a <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/cqc-mark-certification\"><strong>Voluntary CQC Mark Certification<\/strong><\/a>. It is the responsibility of the exporter and\/or manufacturer to carefully check every product and to fully understand the applicable regulations prior to shipping. Each product category of the Voluntary CQC Mark Certification has its own Certification Rules, which are based on the National <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/gb-standards\"><strong>GB Standards<\/strong><\/a>. The Certification Rules have a corresponding Implementation Rule which the product must comply with in order to get a Voluntary CQC Mark Certification. The Implementation Rules can be found on the official website of the CQC.
