All existing <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\">CCC certificates<\/a> must be updated to the new Implementation Rules by <strong>December 31, 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Chinese administration has already published a document which names the specific requirements of the <strong>follow-up inspection in 2016<\/strong>. The new Implementation Rules now require a review of the<strong> CoP (Conformity of Production) plan <\/strong>as a part of the annual follow-up audit. The CoP plan must be submitted to the certification authority and approved prior to the annual follow-up audit for the update to take place.
