You can read more about this topic <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/ccc-new-implementation-rules-published\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, new electric power tools are included in these new regulations. The new implementation rule (CNCA-C05-01:2014) for electric power tools replaces the old one (CNCA 01C-014-2007).<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following electric power tools are affected by this implementation rule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drills<\/li>\n<li>Screwdrivers and impact wrenches<\/li>\n<li>Electric grinders<\/li>\n<li>Electric hammers and shears<\/li>\n<li>Electric chain saws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can find the whole list of CNCA implementation rules for electric power tools on our website <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/cnca-implementation-rules\">here<\/a>.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2726 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/20151001094940252.jpg\" alt=\"Bohrer mit Zollstock\" width=\"424\" height=\"283\" \/><strong>The new implementation rule for electric power tools became effective in September 1st, 2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers, who want to export their products to China and sell them as before, will need to <strong>update their certificates until the end of 2016<\/strong> and get their products re-tested if required. This regulation also concerns applicants for certificates, who do not have CCC certificates for their products yet. These products get CCC certificates according to the new implementation rule automatically.<\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers have to be aware that products which were not <strong>CCC mandatory<\/strong> so far, could need CCC by now.
