This means that a valid <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/certification-for-ex-products\/\"><strong>CCC-Ex certificate<\/strong><\/a> must be received for these products by October 1, 2020 at the latest, otherwise these products may no longer be imported to China. Up until now the explosion proof (\u201cEx\u201d) products were excluded from the <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\"><strong>CCC<\/strong><\/a> obligation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4910\" title=\"Explosion-proof product\" src=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/stock-vector-11976543-s-2015.jpg\" alt=\"Explosion-proof product\" width=\"357\" height=\"357\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With the announcement, the authority also published the new implementation rules CNCA-C23-01: 2019 in which it regulates which products have to be <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\"><strong>CCC<\/strong><\/a> certified in the future:<\/p>\n<p><u>CNCA-C23-01:2019:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explosion-proof motor<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof electric pump<\/li>\n<li>Explosion protection distribution systems<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof switches, control and protection products<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof starter products<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof transformer products<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof electrical drives and solenoid valves<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof connector<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof surveillance products<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof air conditioning and ventilation systems<\/li>\n<li>Anti-explosion communication, signaling device<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof electrical heating products<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof accessories, Ex components<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof instrumentation products<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof sensors<\/li>\n<li>Safety barrier products<\/li>\n<li>Explosion-proof instrument housing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Electronic products must be tested according to their Ex type. The GB standards regulate the necessary tests. After a thorough examination of your documents (certificates, test reports, etc.), the Chinese authorities will decide whether further tests are necessary for the initial approval of your products.<\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers of affected products from the explosion protection area are encouraged to start the certification process as soon as possible in order to have the <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/certification-for-ex-products\/\"><strong>CCC-Ex certificates<\/strong><\/a> available in time for the October 1, 2020 deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Are you already active in the Chinese market and want to learn more about how the new regulations effect on your business?
