In a previous news article, we have informed you that the Chinese authority CNCA <\/strong>(Certification and Accreditation Administration) has published a total of 15 new Implementation Rules <\/strong>for the CCC certification<\/strong><\/a> of automotive components in August 2014<\/strong>. These new regulations were implemented on January 1, 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As a part of this update, the Implementation Rule CNCA-02C-057:2005 <\/strong>for brake hoses was replaced by CNCA-C11-06:2014<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All manufacturer must update their existing certificates to the new implementation rules by December 31, 2016<\/strong>. Certificates that have not been updated by then will be initially suspended and then cancelled. If you not have taken the necessary steps to update your certificates or if you have any doubt whether your actions taken are sufficient, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us immediately, we are here to help.<\/p>\n

With regard to the new Implementation Rule CNCA-C11-06: 2014<\/strong>, the main changes are concerned with the interpretation of the marking requirements<\/strong>, which have changed considerably since the previous Implementation Rule. It is important to fully understand the differences and make the necessary adjustments.<\/p>\n
