{"id":14524,"date":"2016-03-18T11:07:13","date_gmt":"2016-03-18T11:07:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/?page_id=637"},"modified":"2023-02-09T11:45:00","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T10:45:00","slug":"ccc-new-implementation-rules-for-vehicle-horns","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/ccc-new-implementation-rules-for-vehicle-horns\/","title":{"rendered":"CCC: New Implementation Rules for Vehicle Horns"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the <strong>CNCA<\/strong> (Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People\u2019s Republic of China) announcement No. 31 of 2014 the new <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/cnca-implementation-rules\"><strong>CNCA Implementation Rules<\/strong><\/a> for vehicle horns (<strong>CNCA-C11-05-2014<\/strong>) have been published. They were implemented on January 1, 2015 and officially took effect on January 1, 2016 for the <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\"><strong>CCC certification<\/strong><\/a> of new products. Existing <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/3c-certificate-the-compulsory-certification-of-china\"><strong>CCC certificates<\/strong><\/a> that are in accordance with the old rules CNCA-02C-055-2005 need to be updated until December 31, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Also the <strong>CCAP<\/strong> <strong>(CCAP-C11-05:2014)<\/strong> and <strong>CQC (CQC-C1101:2014) <\/strong>have updated their relevant <strong>Implementation Rules<\/strong>. The old <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/gb-standards\"><strong>GB standard<\/strong><\/a> for vehicle horns GB 15742-2001 did not change and is still valid.<\/p>\n<p>According to the new Implementation Rules (CNCA-C11-05-2014) products basically can be summed up into one certification unit if there are no significant differences regarding the following characteristics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shape and measurements of the membrane(s)<\/li>\n<li>Type of sound leak notch(es)<\/li>\n<li>Nominal frequency of the sound<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Furthermore, two new annexes have been added to the new Implementation Rules. According to the new annex 1 additional information and data are now required in the \u201cDescription form\u201d of the application documents. Annex 3 is also newly added for the <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\"><strong>CCC certification<\/strong><\/a> of service parts after EoP (End of Production).
