{"id":14510,"date":"2016-01-14T14:15:26","date_gmt":"2016-01-14T14:15:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/?page_id=610"},"modified":"2023-02-09T11:45:04","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T10:45:04","slug":"ccc-new-implementation-rules-and-gb-standards-for-tires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/ccc-new-implementation-rules-and-gb-standards-for-tires\/","title":{"rendered":"CCC: New Implementation Rules and GB-Standards for Tires"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Chinese certification authority <strong>CNCA (Certification and Accreditation Administration)<\/strong> released the new implementation rules CNCA-C12-01:2015 for product certification of tires on September 8, 2015. The new rules became effective January 1, 2016 (CNCA 2015 from January 1, 2016 announcement No. 27) and affect pneumatic tires for cars, trucks and motorcycles. The factory inspection requirements have also been adjusted.<\/p>\n<p>As of February 1, 2016 a new GB-Standards for tires of <strong>cars (GB9743-2015)<\/strong> and <strong>trucks (GB9744-2015) <\/strong>will be implemented, (the official announcement was released February 4, 2015). Manufacturers will need to update their <strong>CCC-certificates<\/strong> and test reports to remain in compliance with the new standards.<\/p>\n<p>Between January 1 and February 1, 2016 companies may voluntarily choose to adopt the new standards or stay with the old standards when applying for their certification. Certificates that are not updated to the new standard by December 31, 2017 will be suspended. If the update of the certificate is not completed by March 31, 2018 the certificates will be permanently cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>The low air pressure performance requirements have been increased due to the changes of the Chinese national standards for motor vehicle tires in regards to <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\"><strong>CCC certification.<\/strong><\/a> These new more rigid standards will require new sample testing to the increased performance parameters. No other criteria will be tested. The <strong>CQC (China Quality Certification Centre)<\/strong> states that truck tires will not be affected by the additional tests for the new standard. The first factory inspection based on the new standard will take place during the scope of the annual follow-up inspection.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2736 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/20160114144251464.jpg\" alt=\"Autoreifen Lager -Werkstatt\" width=\"425\" height=\"282\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tires certified according to the old implementation rules are still allowed to be used. After the next factory inspection including the <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\"><strong>CCC certificate<\/strong><\/a> update the certificate will be in accordance with the new standard<strong>. <\/strong>All factories must implement the new implementation rules by January 1, 2018 to remain in compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Please check our website regularly since these official announcements are often made with little or no advanced notice.
