{"id":14497,"date":"2015-10-05T13:38:18","date_gmt":"2015-10-05T13:38:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/?page_id=580"},"modified":"2023-02-09T11:45:07","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T10:45:07","slug":"cqc-cqc-publishes-new-version-of-regulations-for-charging-systems-of-electric-vehicles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/cqc-cqc-publishes-new-version-of-regulations-for-charging-systems-of-electric-vehicles\/","title":{"rendered":"CQC: CQC publishes new Version of Regulations for Charging Systems of Electric Vehicles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>Chinese Administration CQC<\/strong> (China Quality Certification Centre (chin.: \u4e2d\u56fd\u8d28\u91cf\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4e2d\u5fc3)) recently published a new version of regulations regarding <strong>cables which are used for charging systems in the field of electric vehicles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Officially released on September 28, 2015 and put in practice, from the date of implementation, the new norms <strong>CQC1103-2015<\/strong> (general provisions for charging cables) <strong>CQC1104-2015<\/strong> (technical specifications for cables in charging systems and <strong>CQC1105-2015<\/strong> ( regulation for DC cable for charging system) replace their older versions CQC1103-2014, CQC1104-2014, CQC1105-2014. Cable for electric vehicle charging systems can get a voluntary certification of CQC.<\/p>\n<p>Some products which do not require a CCC certificate, can get a <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/cqc-mark-certification\"><strong>voluntary CQC certification<\/strong><\/a>. A voluntary CQC certification can be an advantage for manufacturers on the market, because they underline the safety of their products.<\/p>\n<p>Certificate holders have to update their current version of certificates. Furthermore they have to know the new regulations, must implement them and have to execute their production of cables in accordance to the new regulations.<\/p>\n<p>A certificate update means that certificate holders must apply again for a CQC voluntary certificate in order to receive a new certificate version. Also, product tests must be done according to the new regulations. Afterwards, a new certificate version will be issued by CQC.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for certificate updates is <strong>September 28, 2016.<\/strong> Until then, applicants can apply for new certificates. Old certificate versions will be erased and no longer valid from <strong>December 28, 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers who want to start a certification in future will only receive certificates according to the new regulations.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2670 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/20141223140955653-270x190.jpg\" alt=\"20141223140955653\" width=\"270\" height=\"190\" \/>On their official CQC website they regularly publish new announcements about products that require <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\">CCC certification<\/a><\/strong> as well as products that can be certified with a Voluntary CQC Mark Certification. Each product category of the Voluntary CQC Mark Certification has its own Certification Rules, which are based on the National <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/gb-standards\"><strong>GB Standards<\/strong><\/a>. The Certification Rules have a corresponding <strong>Implementation Rule<\/strong> which the product must comply with in order to get a <strong>Voluntary CQC Mark Certification<\/strong>. The Implementation Rules can be found on the official website of the CQC. New Voluntary CQC Mark Certification products and product categories are posted on the website frequently along with important information regarding certification application start dates.<\/p>\n<p>The Chinese certification authority CQC often publishes important announcements on their website.
