China are required to have an <a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/aqsiq-registration-for-the-export-of-recycling-material-to-china\">AQSIQ registration<\/a>.<\/strong> This registration needed is the <strong>\u201cLicense of Registration for Overseas Supplier Enterprise of Imported Solid Wastes as Raw Materials\u201d<\/strong> that is governed by the authority AQSIQ (General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine). The current AQSIQ registration was first implemented on November 1, 2009. The following product groups require an AQSIQ registration:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Scrap Metals<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Scrap Plastics<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Scrap Paper<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Scrap Electronics<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Scrap Textiles<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In June of 2014, the Chinese authority <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/aqsiq-registration-for-the-export-of-recycling-material-to-china\">AQSIQ registration<\/a><\/strong> published an announcement that again stressed the importance of an AQSIQ registration for exporters of recycling material. The registration ensures the product\u2019s safety and compatibility with the Chinese environmental standards. By publishing the implementation rules and regulations on the official AQSIQ website, they clearly show the purpose for the registration and demonstrate the transparency of the registration process.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2662 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/20141203170045956.jpg\" alt=\"20141203170c045956\" width=\"378\" height=\"296\" \/>The implementation rules and regulations are updated regularly. They can be found (in the Chinese language only), along with the current application forms, on the official AQSIQ website. It is important to note, that all application forms must be submitted in the Chinese language. Moreover, all application forms need to meet certain standards in regards of markings.<br \/>\nAll applicants must meet several requirements, a few of which include:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>The company must be a legitimate\/licensed enterprise in its home country<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>The company must have an established quality management system<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>The company also must have environmental protection control measures in place<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If your company plans to export scrap material to China and you need an <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/aqsiq-registration-for-the-export-of-recycling-material-to-china\">AQSIQ registration<\/a><\/strong>, please contact us for a non-binding quote.
