As of September 1, 2014 the <strong>&#8220;Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification of low-voltage electrical components&#8221;<\/strong> (CNCA-C03-02:2014) became effective.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/ccc-new-implementation-rules-published\">These new regulations were first announced by the CQC In July 2014.<\/a> The Chinese authority now reissued the announcement to emphasize the importance of the new implementation rules.<\/p>\n<p>The notice states that the new implementation rules are in line with the low-voltage electrical components certification regulations by CQC (CQC-C0302-2014). <strong>New certification applications will need to be in compliance with the new implementation rules.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The new implementation rules do not mean that existing certificate holders will necessarily have to reapply for an updated CCC certificate.<\/strong> Manufacturers with a valid CCC certificate will need to check with the CQC regarding what they will be required to do.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2650 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/20141111145008571.jpg\" alt=\"Mehrfachsteckdose mit Schalter\" width=\"426\" height=\"282\" \/><strong>During the past months, the Chinese certification authorities have published many regulatory updates and new regulations.<\/strong> It is the responsibility of certificate holders and new applicants to check for updated regulations and corresponding implementation rules to maintain compliance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are you looking for more information regarding this CQC announcement?<\/strong> Do you want to know if there will be new regulations or implementation rules that will affect your product?
