Many exporters and manufacturers of motors are unaware of the required regulations and face serious issues during the customs clearance process. Without an official <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\">CCC<\/a><\/strong> marking labeled or molded on to the product, these goods cannot not be processed through Chinese customs. To determine if your product requires CCC you can either check our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/list-of-ccc-mandatory-products\">Mandatory Product Catalogue<\/a><\/strong> or you can contact us for a free CCC-Check.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Certification requirements for small-power motors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Small-power motors must be certified in compliance with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/gb-standards\">GB Standard<\/a><\/strong> GB12350-2000 \u201cSafety requirements for small-power motors\u201d and\/ or GB 14711-2006 \u201c(General) Requirements for Safety of Small and Medium Size Rotating Electrical Machines&#8221; and the respective Implementation Rules. The Implementation Rule defines the directive for complete certification and the GB Standard (GB stands for Guobiao, Chinese for \u201cNational Standard\u201d) determines necessary product tests for obtaining a CCC certificate.<\/p>\n<p>Generally, motors of same type, use and manufacturer can tested and certified as one unit. However, for products from the same manufacturer, but from different manufacturing sites, application, tests and certifications must be done separately.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/20140527154238424.jpg\" alt=\"Gears\" width=\"424\" height=\"283\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2576\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise stated, the following amount of <strong>tests samples<\/strong> have to be sent to the proper authority for testing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industrial use motors &#8211; one product sample<\/li>\n<li>Household use motors &#8211; two product samples<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following <strong>key components and materials <\/strong>are tested within the appliance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AC motor capacitor<\/li>\n<li>Thermal protector<\/li>\n<li>Lead wire<\/li>\n<li>Thermal link<\/li>\n<li>Electrolytic capacitor<\/li>\n<li>Centrifugal starting switch<\/li>\n<li>Non-metallic materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Information regarding <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\">CCC certification<\/a><\/strong>, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/certification-process\">certification process<\/a><\/strong> and the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/china-certification.com\/en\/costs-of-ccc-certification\">costs<\/a><\/strong> can be found on our website.
