Strengthening Strategic Partnerships: MPR China Certification in Dialogue with CCAP

As the automotive sector undergoes a period of profound regulatory and technical transformation, the demand for precision in market access has never been higher. To ensure our clients successfully navigate these changes, MPR China Certification recently held a specialized working session with the China Certification Centre for Automotive Products (CCAP) in Beijing.

The meeting brought together our Managing Director, Louis Gogger, and former Managing Director Julian Busch, with the senior leadership team at CCAP. We were pleased to engage in detailed discussions with Mr. Fu, Managing Director of the parent organization CMCI, Mr. Ma, Managing Director of CCAP, Ms. Ji, Head of International Affairs, and Mr. Jiang, Deputy Head of CCAP.

The primary objective of this dialogue was to streamline technical compliance procedures in light of recent industry updates. This focus on technical synergy is critical: it mitigates the complexities introduced by the current market transition and allows manufacturers to bring their innovations to the Chinese market with greater speed and predictability.

For our clients, this means a more robust and responsive certification experience. Our ongoing collaboration with CCAP ensures that we are not only informed of regulatory shifts but are actively contributing to the clarity and efficiency of the approval process.
