For the export of vehicles and automotive components to Taiwan, official VSCC certification (Vehicle Safety Certification Center) is mandatory. This procedure ensures that imported products comply with Taiwanese safety and quality standards, known as Vehicle Safety Testing Directions (VSTD). Without the corresponding examination report, legally importing and marketing these goods on the Taiwanese market is prohibited.
