Mezi org\u00e1ny odpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za certifikaci CCC (China Compulsory Certification) v \u010c\u00edn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed <em>State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People&#8217;s Republic of China (CNCA), China Quality Certification Centre (CQC), China Certification Centre for Automotive Products (CCAP)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n<section class=\"mpr-theme-content-lightbulb\">\r\n    <div class=\"mpr-theme-content-lightbulb-content-container\">\r\n        <p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Certifik\u00e1t <strong>CCC<\/strong> (\u010dasto naz\u00fdvan\u00fd tak\u00e9 certifik\u00e1t 3C) se vztahuje jak na dov\u00e1\u017een\u00e9, tak na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky. V\u00fdrobky, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed certifikaci CCC, mus\u00ed z\u00edskat schv\u00e1len\u00ed CCC p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e jsou v \u010c\u00edn\u011b dov\u00e1\u017eeny, nakupov\u00e1ny, prod\u00e1v\u00e1ny a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny nebo je s nimi obchodov\u00e1no. Nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed licenc\u00ed CCC nebo tisk zna\u010dky CCC na v\u00fdrobky bez certifikace bude m\u00edt rovn\u011b\u017e za n\u00e1sledek pokuty a sankce.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-border-left-headline has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Certifikace <\/strong>CCC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Existuje n\u011bkolik r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f certifikace CCC:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Certifikace CCC (povinn\u00e1 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 certifikace)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se o povinnou certifikaci, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje testov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrobk\u016f v \u010c\u00edn\u011b, po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed tov\u00e1rn\u00ed audit a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 kontroly v\u00fdrobk\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou uvedeny v katalogu CCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.china-certification.com\/en\/what-is-ccc\/ccc-self-declaration\/\">Certifikace CCC podle vlastn\u00edho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se o certifikaci, kter\u00e1 se vztahuje na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed typy v\u00fdrobk\u016f. V\u00fdrobce je povinen z\u00edskat certifik\u00e1t vlastn\u00ed deklarace. Kontrolovan\u00e1 krit\u00e9ria jsou velmi podobn\u00e1 krit\u00e9ri\u00edm pro standardn\u00ed certifikaci CCC. Tyto p\u0159edpisy se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed z prov\u00e1d\u011bc\u00edch pravidel a <strong>norem GB<\/strong>.<br>Jeden z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f se t\u00fdk\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zm\u011bn. Certifikovan\u00fd v\u00fdrobce bude muset \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 org\u00e1ny ujistit, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 zm\u011bny d\u00edlu budou provedeny p\u0159ed zaveden\u00edm zm\u011bny. Tento proces obvykle vy\u017eaduje p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o zm\u011bnu a testov\u00e1n\u00ed v \u010c\u00edn\u011b.
